Nation meets aid pledges, improves livelihoods
On twelve August 2010, Chinese magicians have a trip to help African patients, who are pledge disease. Therefore China Ministry of Commerce promised them on medicines. The purpose aims to develop livelihoods in Africa instead of using natural resources as advantages. President Hu Jintao put Eight Measures on aiding Africa, and he let them loan 3.3 billion over three years for the establishing 67 projects to improve all over the continent such as electricity, telecommunication and else. This is not all of helping, China also cancel all dept about 33 countries in Africa continent. China and Africa co-operated on human resources, agriculture, medical treatment, social development and education. China government wants to show their sincere to African people to continue strengthen relationship. China sent scientists to develop old fashion energy to solar power which is good for environment. Even though China donates a lot of things to improve Africa but other nations think that China did it on the purposes such as obtaining natural resources. A professor in Chinese responds to other nation that China and Africa is best friend so they did not understand China’s generosity Liu explain. In recently year, there is several billion dollar rotation between 2 counties in 4 years.
I think they have benefit to each other between China and Africa in economic system so it is explain why China continued strength relationship with Africa. Also, I think it is good for sides, Africa got better technology and better life but China got relationship to support him.
