China's first law on online games takes effect

China is facing online game addiction of children. Ministry of culture mentioned that online game must not have violent story, which is affected children behavior, such as imitation of violent behavior. The issue made them decided that they will create a law about limit of playing online game but they didn’t specify game permission. In addition, they want children to write real information to register in online game to control limit of gaming because in recently majority people used other information to register. For example, children, who need second ID, must refer stealthily parents’ identity. Population of gamer reached 420 million people, according to data from the China Internet Network Information Center. They spent 25.8 billion dollar to online game industry in a year.

I think that online games cannot persuade people in the violent if people know what is good or bad. Also, children need advice from parents, and parents have to control to limit of gaming. If everyone can do, their health and life will be better. Unknowing limit of gaming affects them in many way such as bad vision, sick, becoming fat cause sitting all day and waste time to do other activity.

Former political adviser gets death verdict

The judge decided Chen Shaoji, who was a formal top political adviser in South China’s Guangdong, to death because of accepting bribes. Chen refused that he didn’t use his former positions for own benefiting in return around 4 million dollar between 1992 and 2009. Also, his son and his mistress were together do bribes. The court ordered all Chen’s property will be taken but Chen confessed about his illegal money and goods so all of property will be return. Chen Shaoji had been expelled from Communist Party of China. Also he was one of the eight ministerial-level, who investigated about corruption. Huang Songyou was decided to use entire life in jail by the court. The court also decided Wang Yi, who got some bribe from Chen, to the death on April 15.
I think majority authorities always used their power in wrong ways such as illegal selling and corruption. I think people, who do wrong, cannot be achieve for ever because it is risky path of life that inconstant.

Chemical error caused port pipeline blast, finds probe

Chinese authority blamed about chemical that use for ridding off sulphur from crude oil, which was used for blasting, on the northeast area. In fact, a desulphurising chemical mistakely pumped into pipeline and tanker had stopped receipt crude. Then, an explosion was happening during proceeding of pumping. After 300,000 tons tanker had done uploading its oil at 1 pm, Technical Service inserted desulfurizer into the pipeline. The explosion appeared in Shanghai. The report said that many people and children, who stayed near by the beaches and residents, were risked by oil that spill out. Government immediately gathered numerous of fishing boat for cleaning the sea. These damages spread over at least 435 square kilometers after the blast, which is affecting human and sea animal such as fish. Over 2000 soldiers used chopstick and bare hand to rid off the oil. It is about 1500 ton was spill out.
I think oil spilling gave terrible affect to animal and human because this is hard to rid and clean. I think government should pay all that damage, oil spill because the oil destroy the environment and sea, which is house of sea animal.

This natural disaster took many lost and life in 23 July. This circumstance was happened by a flood-caused landslide in a village in Ankang. Cause of torrential raining stroke in a large area, the Qiyan village and 29 local residents were missing. There were 73 people death and 121 people were unable to discover. Also, these damages affected 60,000 buildings and 106,700 hectares of farmland. The natural disaster made losses about 420,000 million dollar in economic system. The storm took several hours to end but there was another unexpected storm located in southern Shaanxi’s Hanjiang region. There are many floods illustrated in China because environment is turning into bad. For this year, the floods killed 742 people dead and 367 missing.



I assume the torrential raining is hard to control because there are no method to cover any natural disaster that draw closer from sky. I think moving house is the only way to avoid this event but people need to fellow the news in daily.

Even she lost but she got the value experience.

I decided to analyze her news because she had interesting ideas on tennis. For example, she set her goal high. In my thought losing gave her strongly affect on playing tennis. For me, if I have a chance to go to tournament, it might be a great memory.
